We, in Expandet, are proud of maintaining the production of our designed and developed products at our own plant in Græsted, Nordsjælland in Denmark. We now possess more than 4,000 m2 of production area and warehouse. Expandet appreciates the great importance of providing fastening-products at the highest quality at competitive prices.

In 1955 Expandet was pioneer in the introduction of the plastic plugs, in the form of the well-known color-coded Expandet Wallplug in convenient 25 pcs. framework, which was used extensively and was the company’s basic product. Continued focus and product development has ensured Expandet an extensive range of products adapted to modern building materials and solutions within the existing norms in the construction industry.

A significant part of Expandet production is exported to more than 45 countries worldwide. Expandet also collaborates with foreign partners and public authorities in the development and definition of fixings. Expandet is a member of ECAP, which is an organization of small and medium-sized European manufacturers of fastening products.
